FMoH Approves Final Report on Interventions in South Kordofan State and Affirms Continued Medical Support

The Higher Committee for Interventions in South Kordofan State held a meeting chaired by the Undersecretary of the Federal Ministry of Health, Dr. Ali Babiker Sayed Ahmed Mohamed, in the Ministry’s Therapeutic Medicine Hall. In press statements following the meeting, the Director General of Therapeutic Medicine, Dr. Haider Mohamed Abdel-Nabi, who also heads the committee, explained that the Undersecretary had received the final report on interventions in the state, including both urgent and future plans.
Abdel-Nabi clarified that two medical teams had been dispatched to the cities of Dilling and Kadugli immediately after the lifting of the siege, with the initial focus being on providing essential medical supplies. He expressed his gratitude to the committees that prepared the reports and to the security forces for their coordination efforts. He emphasized that the Undersecretary’s directives stressed the continuation of interventions until the state enjoys full health.
