The Ministry of Health in Khartoum State Launches Its Comprehensive Plan to Provide Health Services for Primary Certificate Students for the Year 2025

The Governor of Khartoum State, Ahmed Osman Hamza, launched the comprehensive plan in the presence of the Director General of the Ministry of Health in the state, the Acting Minister Dr. Fateh Al-Rahman Mohamed Al-Amin, along with the directors of the general and specialized departments of the Ministry, the Director of the Emergency Department at the Sudanese Red Crescent Society – Khartoum State Branch, Mohamed Ahmed Al-Senussi, and the emergency teams of the Society.

The Ministry of Health confirmed its full readiness to provide health care within all exam centers by providing 19 ambulances equipped with full medical supplies and 7 mobile clinics, in addition to continuing to provide health services in all hospitals and health centers operating in the state.

The Sudanese Red Crescent Society (SRCS) Khartoum State Branch has played a pivotal role in supporting the Ministry of Health’s plan by deploying its medical teams and volunteers to provide first aid, primary health care services, and psychosocial support to examinees. This contributes to alleviating stress and psychological pressure associated with exams and ensures a safe and healthy environment for students.

Mohamed Ahmed Al-Senussi confirmed their full readiness to provide health services in all exam centers, with the participation of 600 volunteers, through ambulances equipped with all medical supplies and seven mobile clinics in coordination with the Ministry of Health. In addition, they will continue to provide health services through all hospitals and health centers operating in Khartoum State to ensure the safety of students and their families and to maintain the stability of the exams.
