Health Ministry Condemns Rebel Militia Violations Against Civilians and Healthcare Workers

The Ministry of Health strongly condemned the ongoing violations committed by the Rapid Support Forces militia against civilians and healthcare workers, including the targeting of Al-Daman Hospital in El Obeid, a blatant violation of international norms and laws.
The Ministry affirmed that these attacks aim to disrupt healthcare services and disrupt efforts to treat patients and the injured.
However, it stressed its commitment to continuing healthcare despite the challenges, to ensure that citizens receive the necessary medical services.
The Ministry expressed its condolences to the families of the martyrs, both civilians and armed forces, wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded.
It reiterated its rejection of these violations and called on the international community to condemn these hostile acts against healthcare institutions.
