Al-Burhan: We will expel the RSF militia, and neither they nor their supporters will ever rise again.saww

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, pledged today (Friday) to expel the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia from all areas under its control and to guarantee that “this harsh experience will not be repeated.” He emphasized that “the rebel militia and those who supported and aided it will never rise again,” stressing that “retribution for the blood of the people and the restoration of their rights is a duty that will not be compromised.”

Al-Burhan called for solidarity and unity among all components of society to overcome the current challenges and to resolutely confront the external threats targeting the country’s unity, sovereignty, and stability.

Al-Burhan performed Friday prayers at Al-Hadhrab Mosque in the Shambat area of ​​Khartoum North. Following the prayers, he addressed the worshippers, offering prayers for the souls of the nation’s righteous martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country’s advancement, dignity, and honor.

He praised the residents of Shambat for their steadfastness and unwavering support of the armed forces. He commended the area’s historical and recognized role in disseminating knowledge, fostering solidarity, providing relief to those in need, and attending to the affairs of Muslims.

Al-Burhan reiterated that the Sudanese people are the true support and solid foundation of the country and its national institutions. He expressed his appreciation for the sincere supplications and prayers offered by sheikhs and religious figures for the purification and liberation of Sudan from all those who seek to undermine its sovereignty.
