SAF Clear Karn Karn and Dukan Areas, Inflicting Heavy Losses on Militia

Forces from the 4th Infantry Division – Lions of the Blue Nile – and supporting forces have cleared the Karn Karn and Dukan areas, inflicting heavy losses in lives and equipment on the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia. This victory comes within the context of the Sudanese Armed Forces’ ongoing operations and field activities, conducted by the 4th Infantry Division and its units, to clear all areas defiled by the rebellion and to strengthen security and stability in the region.
