Sudanese Red Crescent Expands Emergency Medical Coverage for the 2026 Sudanese Certificate Examinations in All State

The Sudanese Red Crescent Society has launched a comprehensive emergency medical coverage program for the 2026 Sudanese Certificate examinations in several states across the country. This initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to support the educational process and enhance humanitarian response during critical periods.

This coverage includes deploying trained volunteer ambulance teams to examination centers, providing first aid, emergency interventions, and psychological support to students. This aims to create a healthy and safe environment conducive to taking the exams in stable conditions.

In this context, the Society has deployed a large number of trained paramedics in first aid and evacuation procedures. Furthermore, the centers have been equipped with medical kits and essential supplies for handling emergencies, and coordination with relevant health authorities has been strengthened to ensure a rapid response. The interventions also extended to supporting the school environment, providing first aid kits and first aid stations, supplying clean drinking water, and improving health conditions in some centers, especially in areas facing service challenges.
