Signing a Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Efforts to Combat Hypertension

In a move to strengthen joint action in the health sector, a memorandum of understanding has been signed between SAPA and the Sudanese Society of Hypertension (SSH) to launch a five-year partnership.

This partnership focuses on supporting health programs, expanding awareness campaigns, and enhancing cooperation in the areas of research and capacity building.

This step comes in response to the growing need to develop prevention and early detection services, which contribute to improving the health of the community and reducing the complications of hypertension.

It is worth noting that (SSH) is a professional organization dedicated to improving the diagnosis, treatment, and control of high blood pressure through research, education, and the development of local management guidelines. It is a registered, active body with over 500 members.
