Al-Burhan Meets with Libyan Ambassador to Sudan

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan, met today with the Libyan Ambassador to Sudan, Ambassador Fawzi Boumriz. The meeting addressed bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them.

The Libyan Ambassador congratulated Head of the Sovereignty Council on the government’s return to work in the capital, Khartoum.

The meeting also discussed strengthening mechanisms for joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries in various fields, as well as ongoing efforts to achieve peace and stability in Sudan.
