Energy Minister Reviews Joint Structural Issues with Finance Ministry

Minister of Energy, Engineer Al-Mutasim Ibrahim Ahmed, reviewed joint structural issues to ensure the strengthening of good governance in the energy sector and the principle of the Ministry of Finance’s oversight of public funds. This came during his meeting yesterday at his office with the Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Mohamed Nour Al-Daim.

The Minister of Energy expressed his readiness to support efforts in this regard. The meeting also included discussions on investments in Sudan’s energy sector to improve the provision and distribution of electricity supply in the country.
