The Second Preparatory Workshop for the Egyptian-Sudanese Businessmen Forum Kicks Off

The second preparatory workshop for the Egyptian-Sudanese Businessmen Forum, scheduled to be held next December in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, kicked off today.
The opening session of the workshop was addressed by Lieutenant General Emad El-Din Mustafa Adawi, Sudan’s Ambassador to Cairo, with the participation of a select group of speakers, dignitaries, and specialized sector elites from both countries.
The workshop focused on discussing ways to enhance implementation mechanisms for reconstruction in the country, highlighting opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in the field of logistics across various sectors.
The workshop allowed business leaders and experts from both countries to review investment opportunities and areas in various sectors, particularly those driving reconstruction in Sudan, as well as ways to enhance logistical connectivity between the two countries in preparation for contributing to regional development.
It’s worth noting that the workshop was held as part of the Sudanese Embassy in Cairo and the Egyptian-Sudanese Company for Diversified Investments’ preparations for the second edition of the Egyptian-Sudanese Businessmen Forum. Preparations began with a workshop held last September, which focused on discussing ways to enhance food and pharmaceutical manufacturing between the two countries.
The preparatory workshops will continue with a workshop on banking integration between Sudan and Egypt next November.
