Autumn Emergency Technical Committee: 11 States Affected by Floods and Rains Since June 30

The Technical Committee for Autumn Emergencies revealed that two states (Al-Jazira and Al-Gedaref) were affected during the last week ending on September 14, including two localities and three areas, while 3,639 families and 18,195 individuals were affected.

The committee stated in its meeting on Monday that the total number of states affected by floods and rains during the period from June 30 to September 14 of this year is 11 states (Gezira, Gedaref, North, Blue Nile, Kassala, River Nile , Central Darfur, West and North Kordofan, Sennar, and the Red Sea), including 49 localities and 260 areas, while 21,811 families and 113,723 individuals were affected.
