With Al-Burhan’s Participation – Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit Begins in Doha

The emergency Arab-Islamic summit kicked off in the Qatari capital, Doha, on Monday, with the participation of Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, and the attendance of leaders and heads of state of Arab and Islamic countries.
The summit will discuss the repercussions of the Israeli aggression against Qatar and ways to strengthen joint Arab and Islamic solidarity to confront the challenges facing the region.
Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, Head of the Sovereignty Council, will deliver Sudan’s speech during the summit.
His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, opened the emergency Arab-Islamic summit, welcoming the participating leaders and denouncing the treacherous attack launched by Israel against the State of Qatar. He stated, “The entire world was shocked by the aggression and cowardly terrorist act,” noting that the Israeli war on Gaza had turned into a war of extermination.
His Highness the Emir of Qatar affirmed his country’s determination to do whatever is necessary to preserve its sovereignty and confront the Israeli aggression.
He pointed out that the extremist government in Israel is simultaneously pursuing racist terrorist policies.
