Al-Burhan Appoints Brigadier General Nabil Abdullah as Military Attaché in Cairo

Head of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, issued a decree appointing Brigadier General Nabil Abdullah, the official spokesman for the armed forces, as military attaché to the Sudanese Embassy in Cairo.

The decision comes within the framework of a broad movement of transfers within the military establishment carried out by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, which began a few days ago with transfers and promotions among Sudanese army officers, in addition to extensive transfers within the various branches of the army.

In January 2022, Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, issued a decree appointing Nabil Abdullah Ali as the official spokesman for the armed forces.

Colonel Nabil Abdullah Ali, born in 1973, graduated from the Military College in 1995. He served in the Armored Corps, serving as Commander of the Armored Corps Institute, and completed training courses in China, Malaysia, and Egypt.
