Minister of Justice Praises the Huge Investment Achievements Witnessed in the River Nile State

Minister of Justice, Dr. Abdullah Mohamed Darf, paid a visit to the River Nile State, where he was received by Dr. Mohamed El-Badawi Abdel Maged, the Governor of the River Nile, and a number of ministers and officials in the state.
The Minister listened to reports from the security and judicial authorities during the meeting, which was held in the presence of the Commander of the Artillery Corps, the Director of the State Police, the Director of the State Intelligence Service, and a representative of the Legal Department and the Public Prosecution.
He was briefed on the huge investment sectors and said, “When I entered the state, I found more than 70 factories and investment and industrial facilities,” pointing out that this attraction of investment changed the investment map of the state, creating new job opportunities and a very large movement of the economy in the state.
He stressed that they will seek to revise the investment law to make investment in Sudan more flexible to encourage investors and value the role of the commercial registrar and investment agencies in the state in unifying the window and speeding up the completion of the transaction .
At the end of his visit , the Minister visited the new buildings of the Legal Department in the state, where he met with the head and employees of the department, as well as the Commercial Registration Department and the Council for the Regulation of the Legal Profession, and reviewed the Ministry’s vision in the coming period at the level of reviewing legislation to ensure its compatibility with the constitutional principles and international agreements ratified by Sudan, as well as at the level of legal services provided to the state, concluding contracts, legal aid, and improving performance by training and qualifying the Ministry’s employees in all legal aspects.
