New Ministers Take Oath Before Head of the Sovereignty Council

The Ministers of Justice, Finance, Minerals, Religious Affairs, Endowments, Culture, Information, Industry, Trade, Federal Governance, Human Resources, and Social Welfare took the oath of office today before the Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan. The oath was attended by Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris, Chief Justice Abdul Aziz Fath Al-Rahman, and Secretary-General of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Dr. Mohamed Al-Gali Ali Youssef.

Professor Moatasem Ahmed Saleh, Minister of Human Resources and Social Welfare, stated in a press statement that immediately after the oath-taking, the Head of the Sovereignty Council and the Prime Minister held a meeting with the relevant ministers.

They emphasized the importance of promoting nationalism in their work and performance, as they are ministers for all Sudanese people from all walks of life.
They emphasized that the Government of Hope is a government of projects, not a government of protocol.

The relevant ministers affirmed that they will work as a team until the country emerges from the current crisis.
