Natioal Health Insurance Fund Signs a protocol to expand the network of basic health care services

The National Health Insurance Fund and the Ministry of Health in the Northern State signed a protocol to expand the network of basic health care services in the Northern State and distributed the third batch of medical devices and equipment to health institutions in the state. The agreement was signed by the Director of the National Health Insurance Fund branch, Dr. Shiraz Omar Hijazi, while the Director General of the Ministry of Health in the state, Dr. Satti Hassan Sati, signed on behalf of the Ministry of Health in the state.
The Director General of the National Health Insurance Fund, Dr. Farouk Nour Al-Daim, stressed during his speech at the signing ceremony the support of the Fund’s presidency for all the provisions of the protocol in order to achieve recovery and restore services to achieve universal coverage.
Dr. Nour Al-Daem said that the signing of the protocol contributes significantly to the availability of health services in the state with quality and sustainability.
The Northern State Governor, Lieutenant General Abdul Rahman Abdul Hamid, pledged to continue the state government’s support for the development , upgrading of health services and the localization of treatment.
