Minawi’s Movement: Port Sudan Has Become Unsafe After Militia Introduces Strategic Drones

The official spokesman for the Sudan Liberation Army/Movement, Al-Sadig Ali Al-Nur, warned of the danger of the Rapid Support Forces militia introducing strategic drones after the army’s advance in Khartoum, whose complete liberation is imminent. He did not rule out the possibility of drones being used in an attack on Port Sudan and stressed the need for any young man capable of carrying a weapon to participate in the fighting alongside the army. He considered fighting to be an individual obligation, not a collective obligation. He praised the steadfastness of the Sudanese people. Al-Sadig said during the Night of Resilience in El Fasher: The Road to Victory, organized by the Al-Numan Media Foundation at the Police Club in Port Sudan, “Even in Port Sudan, we have become unsafe because the enemy has used new technology in the war after the deterioration of the military situation in Khartoum. We have seen strategic drones and modern weapons.”
He described this as a dangerous matter and asserted that the war is not over. He added, The war is not over and a new chapter has begun and everyone must be determined and prepare because the enemy is preparing for a new phase of its war after losing a round and he is certain that the enemy will not surrender. He stated that people must prepare and not give the enemy a chance to catch his breath and we must put more pressure on him and we will not rest unless we liberate the last inch of Sudanese land. He called on all media institutions in the country to focus on the war, considering that there is no solution other than shedding light on it to raise the morale of the fighters.
