Qatar Red Crescent supports the Family Planning Association, River Nile State Branch

The head of the Qatar Red Crescent Society, Sudan office, confirmed his support for reproductive health services in the River Nile State.
.He said in press statements after meeting the executive office in Atbara that he supports pregnant women and women of childbearing age, praising the appreciated effort of the Family Planning Association in the River Nile State in providing reproductive health services to camps for displaced persons from the war
For her part, Ms. Kawthar Mohamed Ibrahim, Executive Director of the Family Planning Association, River Nile Branch, called for the association’s support in the shortage of medicines and medical equipment to meet the need for increased displacement rates in the camps in the state.
She reviewed the health services through the mobile clinic and psychological aid for the displaced besides the launch of a call center specifically for rape crimes.
