Khartoum Governor: The victories of the Dignity War prompted the militia to take revenge on the citizen

Khartoum State Governor, Ahmed Osman Hamza, confirmed that the victories of the armed forces in the Dignity War and their progress on all fronts revealed the falsehood and claims of the rebel militia that directed its regionally supported war against the defenseless citizens, killing, raping and displacing them through the deliberate bombing of residential neighborhoods in Karari and Omdurman besides invading villages east of the Nile.
However, the will of the Sudanese citizen is stronger than any attempt to strip him of his identity and subject him to the conditions of those who covet his wealth, adding that Sudan is a big number in the international equation and has the weight that prompts others to deliberately exclude him from the public scene.
This came during his address to the mass gathering in Karari, which comes in line with the normalization of life and moving forward in public activities while honoring the stars of Sudan who won the African Cup Winners’ Cup in 1989 (Mandela Cup) and their presence among the citizens and did not leave their homes, confirming the steadfastness of the athletes despite the consequences of the Dignity War.
The Governor of Khartoum praised the businessman, the loyal son of Sudan, Omar Al-Nimir, the President of the Sudanese Al-Merreikh Club, the sponsor and supporter of honoring Mandela’s heroes, as he is one of the Sudanese who will be immortalized in history for standing by the citizens and alleviating the burden of war by providing continuous support to the hospices in Karari and Omdurman. Meanwhile, the Governor praised the sports community that rises above any differences and embodies the meaning of unity and national cohesion.
The Governor of Khartoum also congratulated the Sudanese Al-Hilal team, which continued to record successive victories in African competitions in a clear indication of defying difficulties in times of war, praising the athletes’ initiative as the first initiative to support the Dignity Battle.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Khartoum honored the stars who won the Mandela Cup, and a football match was held in honor of the competition, in which international stars participated.
