Federal Chamber of Cholera Campaign: 82% coverage on its fourth day

The vaccination campaign of measles and rubella vaccine launched in the localities of Al-Manaqil and Al-Qurashi in the Gezira state under the auspices of the Gezira State governor.

The campaign will continue until December 27 for the age groups from 9 months to 15 years in the two localities.

While the cholera campaign continued in 6 localities, Port Sudan, Dardib and Haya in the Red Sea, the locality of Qoli in the White Nile, Shendi and River Nile , where the coverage rate reached 82% on its fourth day yesterday.

The Federal Chamber of the Cholera and Measles Response Campaign reviewed in its meeting on Sunday at the Reproductive Health Hall in Kassala , the status of the implementation of the costs of the previous meeting, the reports of the liaison officers on the progress of the campaigns, the plans of the federal supervisors, as well as the activities carried out from health promotion, as well as the supply position, side effects and monitoring of cholera cases during the campaign.
