MoU between Ethiopia’s Ateo Africa Media and Rwanda’s Win Win

In a move to enhance media cooperation and digital development, the two companies [Ethiopian Ateo Africa Media and Communications] and [Rwanda’s Win Win] signed a comprehensive memorandum of understanding (MoU), aiming at developing digital media and enhancing the capabilities of influencers and workers in the field of new media.
The two parties stressed the importance of this partnership due to the development witnessed by the world in all fields, especially with regard to technical development and artificial intelligence. It was agreed to cooperate in the field of joint media production. The two companies will work together to produce various programs that serve the media platforms affiliated with the two companies.
The two companies will also organize joint training programs for media cadres, with the aim of raising their efficiency and developing their skills.
The agreement between the two companies allocated a special space for technical and digital development that will enhance the improvement of the quality of media materials and the development of digital media platforms.
For his part, Mr. Anwar Ibrahim, Director of Etio Africa, expressed his happiness with this partnership, stressing that it represents an important step towards enhancing media cooperation between and exchanging experiences and activating the digital media system in several languages ​​and dialects. He said: “We believe that this partnership will contribute to building bridges of communication between peoples, and will help spread a positive image of our countries in the world.”
For his part, Mr. Mohamed Mohamed Osman Omar, Chairman of Win Win, stressed the importance of this partnership in enhancing integration in the field of digital media in the region.
He said: “We look forward to working with our Ethiopian partners to provide high-quality media content that serves the interests of our peoples and produce content that competes globally and achieves high profitability, especially since the picturesque nature, heritage of African peoples and tourist attractions are rich and abundant material for media production.”
He also stressed that the company has established a specialized company for this purpose that works in the field of digital development, content and training on it under the name Win Win Smart.
This partnership is expected to contribute to achieving many positive benefits, including enhancing cultural cooperation between African countries and the world as a whole and developing the media industry in the region.
