An upcoming Amendment to Commercial Work laws Expected

Acting Minister of Trade and Supply, Amal Saleh Saad, stressed the importance of amending laws that serve commercial work, which were discussed by the legal department and the competent authorities, and were submitted to the Council of Ministers these are exporters and importers law and the foreign trade regulation law for the year 2009, which is a new draft law to facilitate trade through the single window to simplify procedures.
During a meeting in which the departments’ performance report was presented, the Minister welcomed the Director General of Human and Financial Resources, who was appointed for the internal arrangements required by work conditions.

On the other hand, the meeting discussed the decline in exports last November due to the low production of some agricultural crops.
The internal trade report referred to monitoring the movement of providing essential commodities in the markets, as it confirmed that there is stability in the sugar commodity and a decrease in oil prices.
