Human Resources and Federal Governance Ministries Strengthen Coordination to Build Workforce Capacity for Digital Transformation

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Welfare, Dr. Abubakar Koko Dahiya Idris, met with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Federal Governance and Rural Development, Abazar Al-Hafiz, and the Undersecretary for Rural Development at the same ministry, Farid Mirghani Ahmed Saeed.

The meeting discussed ways to strengthen coordination and cooperation between the two ministries, enhance collaboration among states and administrative units, and prioritize human capital as a key national asset amid ongoing transformations in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
Dr. Dahiya reaffirmed his ministry’s commitment to strengthening coordination with relevant ministries and institutions.

He also expressed the ministry’s readiness to provide training programs for employees of the Ministry of Federal Governance and Rural Development, equipping them with the skills needed to keep pace with global social and technological developments.
