Senior militia leader confronts Hemedti, refusing to fight and contacting the army through an intermediary

Reliable sources in Nyala reported that a prominent commander in the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) met with Hemedti for two hours in a “safe house” in the Cinema neighborhood. However, he did not emerge from the meeting unchanged; instead, he declared his rebellion and war against Hemedti for this reason.

The sources say that this commander, who is of considerable stature and closer to Hemedti than even Othman Operations himself, confronted Hemedti, refusing to fight in West Darfur as the UAE intelligence services desire.
