Dignity Kits Save a Critical Childbirth in Atbara

Howaida Al-Atbarawi, supervisor of prenatal immunization at the Sudan Family Planning Association in River Nile State, stated that the unit contributed to raising awareness among pregnant women by providing vaccination and nutrition services for children and pregnant women under the supervision of the association’s obstetrics and gynecology specialists.

She added that the dignity kits provided by the Qatar Red Crescent Society’s Sudan office, which were distributed in the Al-Nahda and Al-Manasir camps (Village 6), saved the life of a critical childbirth case in Atbara, which had a positive impact on the mother and her family.

Howaida Al-Atbarawi confirmed the continuation of the mobile clinic program in all localities of River Nile State to provide high-quality reproductive health services.
