The Supreme Council for Police Support Organizes Cleanliness Campaign

In East Nile locality, Hajj Youssef, the activities of the cleanliness campaign, One Street, were organized under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Brigadier Ibrahim Idris, Director of the Local Police, and Al-Nojoumi Jaras, the local cleaning officer in East Nile, with the participation of all parties and events.

This initiative came from the Supreme Council for Police Support, East Nile Local Government, in cooperation with community committees, Faisal International Schools, Khatwa Humanity Organization, Women’s Associations, Hajj Youssef, and Gharbia Area to clean the streets of East Nile, with the aim of enhancing community cooperation and improving cleanliness in the area.

Abu Al-Maali Hamza Taha, Assistant Director of Community Efforts in East Nile Locality, said that this day is an initiative of the Supreme Council for Police Support in East Nile Locality, led by Brigadier Ibrahim, Director of the East Nile Local Police, with the participation of all facades, including Al-Faisal International Schools and school students.

Abu Al-Maali saluted Sudanese women, particularly those in East Nile, during this distinguished presence. He stressed that the program will continue every Saturday to cover all areas in East Nile locality under the auspices of the Director of Police in East Nile locality, Brigadier General Ibrahim, as well as the follow-up and implementation by Mr. Al-Nojoumi Jaras, the cleaning officer in East Nile locality.

He pointed out that the community police are ready and willing to engage with the community committees at the level of all neighborhoods. He also emphasized that East Nile locality will recover with its youth and people, and he called on Sudanese in the diaspora to return to Sudan to help rebuild it.

Ibrahim El-Desouki Al-Tayeb, Media Officer for the Supreme Council for Police Support, saluted all those who watched and followed this live broadcast from East Nile locality and this good initiative, which started a few weeks ago through the Supreme Council for Police Support and in a strong partnership with the Cleanliness Authority in East Nile Locality.

Al-Desouki also saluted the Supreme Council for Police Support, which adopted this interaction and this great work with the participation of all communities, including community police, youth, and women who were present. “We also assure the Cleanliness Authority in East Nile locality that this day will not only be remembered, but hopefully, as the Council announced, we will continue this journey in the coming periods.”

He pointed out that there will be an arrangement of the streets and an organization of work starting from Al-Qantar Street until a turn of two in the coming days.
