Meeting between Minawi and Ambassador Hani Salah

Minni Arko Minawi said on his Facebook page that he had a fruitful meeting with Ambassador Hani Salah, the Egyptian Ambassador to Sudan, at his office on September 14.

The meeting addressed several issues, primarily the situation in Sudan and the Quartet’s position in light of its issued statement, clarifying the country’s position on it. He thanked Egypt for its strong stance on Sudan and its unity in all international forums, noting its hosting of one million refugees.
