Khartoum State Minister of Health Praises Youth’s Role in Reconstruction and National Defense

The Minister of Health in Khartoum State, Dr. Fath Al-Rahman Mohamed Al-Amin, praised the pioneering role played by Sudanese youth in reconstruction efforts and their heroic stand in defending the homeland during the war, stressing that youth have continued to constitute the backbone of all national initiatives.
This came during his meeting today with a delegation from the Youth Authority for Reconstruction and National Recovery, headed by Hashim Suleiman, Secretary-General of the Authority, and attended by Dr. Ahmed Al-Bashir, Director General of Therapeutic Medicine, and Kamal Mohamed Osman, Director General of Human Resources at the Ministry of Health. Professor Hashim Suleiman confirmed that the meeting came within the framework of arrangements for launching a major reconstruction convoy from River Nile and White Nile states, aiming to support efforts to rehabilitate the health sector in Khartoum State.
He added that the launch will be from Khartoum Hospital and the Children’s Hospital, under the generous sponsorship of Ahmed Osman Hamza, Governor of Khartoum State, and Dr. Fath Al-Rahman Mohamed Al-Amin, Minister of Health.
He said that the convoy will include diverse youth cadres, including specialists in medical and engineering fields, as well as craftsmen and technicians, to effectively contribute to the rehabilitation of damaged health facilities.
The Minister of Health affirmed the Ministry’s full support for the initiative, praising the high patriotic spirit of Sudanese youth and considering these efforts to represent a true model of community solidarity and volunteer work for the nation.
