The national campaign to distribute saturated nets in the second phase launches

The National Campaign for Comprehensive Coverage of Saturated Mosquito Nets for the year 2025, the second phase, was launched from July 12 to August 18, targeting the states of West Darfur, Central Darfur, East Darfur, South Darfur, Kassala, and Sennar. Under the slogan “Your mosquito is your shield that protects your family, saves your money, and puts your mind at ease.”

The Head of the Integrated Vector Control Section at the Federal Health Department, Hamza Sami Al-Jack, said in a press statement that the proactive activities of the campaign started with the training of all levels of supervision (federal, state, and local) in preparation for the beginning of the process of registering families and then distributing the nets, announcing the transfer of the nets to the states and then the localities, to the distribution points to deliver the nets to the families according to the distribution plan.
