Freni checks on the ministry’s employment record

Professor Siddiq Hassan Freini, Director General of the Ministry of Social Development and Minister-in-Charge, reviewed the ministry’s job record, data, and inventory processes during his meeting with the Ministry’s Personnel Affairs Department, which included pensioners, deaths, work schedules, and the nature of work in shelters.
Ms. Hanaa Seif El-Din, Director of Personnel Affairs at the Ministry, revealed that 90% of employee data has been fully recovered and stored in electronic memory, and that it has not been tampered with. There are scattered files that will be collected and entered into the files to complete the data. His Excellency praised the professional start, attendance, and attendance, and directed the formation of a committee to carry out its duties and submit a report on the status of the job record.
He also directed the establishment of a rotation system for the attendance of departments, taking into account humanitarian aspects, as the ministry is still in the preparation phase and there is a shortage in providing transportation for all employees, while ensuring the presence of managers around the clock.
Regarding the substitute mothers at the Al-Maygoma Orphanage, Shelter workers should remain in their positions until the new shelter policy is considered.
