Sovereignty Council Member Abdullah Yahya Congratulates Prime Minister

Sovereignty Council Member Dr. Abdullah Yahya congratulated Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris on gaining the leadership’s confidence to manage the coming period, steer the government’s work, and implement proposed programs to serve the citizens’ concerns.

During his meeting with the Prime Minister, the Sovereignty Council member highlighted the importance of harmony and joint action between the Sovereignty Council and the Council of Ministers to implement executive plans and service projects.
He also emphasized the need to unify national ranks, establish the foundations of stability, and enhance security and peace.

For his part, the Prime Minister emphasized the need for tolerance among all components, prioritizing the country’s supreme interests for a secure and stable homeland, and working to achieve societal reconciliation to strengthen national unity and popular cohesion.

The meeting discussed the importance of rallying around the armed forces and working according to programs that would spread peace and security and enforce the sovereignty and prestige of the state and the law.

The meeting also reviewed the Prime Minister’s plan for the coming period, as well as engaging in developing future plans and programs to restore basic services to citizens.
