Agar reviews the performance of the Ministry of the Interior and its preparations for the post-war phase

Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar Ayre, was breifed on the overall situation in the Ministry of Interior and police performance at the current stage and its expected role in the reconstruction and reconstruction phase, during his meeting in his office in Port Sudan with
Minister of Interior, Major General (Rtd) Khalil Pasha Sayrin.

Agar stressed the need to impose the rule of law, to extend the prestige of the state, as well as the societal role of the police, the judiciary and prosecutions, and to combine official and popular efforts to extend peace and societal security.
Agar emphasized the importance of engaging in preparing future plans and programs to rehabilitate police centers and prisons, and keep pace with the global development in the field of police, the judiciary, the Public Prosecution, the fight against crime and the service of communities, which are among the most important requirements of the next stage.
For his part, the Minister of Interior said, in a press statement, that the meeting discussed a number of important issues, foremost of which is the preparation for the post-war phase, according to scientific foundations that keep pace with regional and international developments, as well as the activation of laws and justice implementation agencies with new concepts and visions. His Excellency stated that the ministry is in the process of qualifying new batches of officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers with high academic qualifications, with a minimum level of Sudanese certificate, according to scientific foundations and curricula, provided that the training doctrine is new, enhance social justice and reflect the prestige of the state away from racism, tribalism and regionalism in order to enhance the values of justice, equality and the spirit of citizenship.
