Health insurance promotes and restores all treatment services in the Red Sea State

Health insurance has begun to restore its treatment services across different departments within the framework of the renaissance witnessed during this stage, as it is considered a qualitative leap given the circumstances the country is going through. In a press statement, the head of the pharmacy department, Dr. Rayan Abdullah, reported that the Pharmacy Department includes four units, namely supervision, supply, rational use, and pharmacies, provides pharmaceutical services in all branches of insurance, whether directly or indirectly.

Dr. Rayan added that the insurance was directly affected by the war, as the supply for all pharmacies stopped; however, praise be to God, it has begun to recover gradually. She mentioned that there are 21 pharmacies, 8 of which are indirect, following the medical supply, and 13 pharmacies are direct.

Furthermore, Dr. Rayan stated that in the first quarter, the abundance of medicine was at 42%, reaching 71% in the second quarter and in the third quarter 84% .
