Foreign Minister and Chief Justice Discuss Accelerating Work Related to Judicial Authority Affairs Abroad

Foreign Minister Ambassador Ali Youssef Al-Sharif and Chief Justice، Honorable Abdel Aziz Fath Al-Rahman Abdeen stressed the importance of accelerating the work of the ministry and the judiciary, considering it the link in everything related to the judiciary affairs abroad.

This came during the visit made by Foreign Minister Ali Youssef to Chief Justice Honorable Abdel Aziz Fath Al-Rahman Abdeen at his office in Port Sudan yesterday to discuss a number of related issues.

The meeting discussed finding appropriate formulas to enforce foreign judicial announcements through diplomatic channels and the need to expedite their implementation and overcome all obstacles facing it.

The meeting discussed the importance of training and qualifying notaries and those charged with judicial work at foreign embassies spread across a number of countries that have joint cooperation with the judiciary in the country.

The meeting stressed the possibility of assigning an employee from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Presidency of the Judicial Authority in Port Sudan to carry out all the work related between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Judicial Authority represented by the Office of International Cooperation and Human Rights, which is affiliated with the office of the Chief Justice, in order to expedite the work process as it is the link in all matters related to the affairs of the Judicial Authority outside the country.
The meeting was attended by Supreme Court Judge Abu Bakr Omar Ahmed Al-Bashir, Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Human Rights, Supreme Court Judge Abdul-Moneim Abu Bakr, Judge and Head of the Judicial Authority in the Red Sea State, and Court of Appeal Judge, Deputy Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Human Rights, Mohammed Al-Rayeh Ahmed Al-Mustafa.
