The NHIF West Kordofan approves the financial budget plan for the year 2025

The Director of the National Health Insurance Fund Branch in West Kordofan State,Dr. Muhammad Hamid Abu Farda, yesterday presided over a comprehensive meeting in his office located in Al-Nahud city.

The meeting was attended by a significant number of unit managers from various localities, as well as heads of departments and specialized units within the state branch. The primary agenda of this assembly was to deliberate on the operational strategy and financial budget for the forthcoming year of 2025.

It is worth noting that each department meticulously reviewed their respective plans, encompassing a wide array of more than 40 critical items.

During the discourse, participants engaged in productive discussions regarding the proposed strategies for budget implementation.

Dr. Muhammad Hamid Abu Farda emphasized that the budget allocation is chiefly aimed at facilitating the procurement of essential medications, expanding medical and therapeutic services, ensuring uninterrupted healthcare access for expatriates and insured patients, as well as providing direct support to hospitals and enhancing overall health system infrastructure. The overarching goal is to bolster health services delivery and create a more conducive healthcare environment.
