Foreign Minister Phones His Algerian Counterpart

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ali Youssef, made a phone call today to his Algerian counterpart, Ahmed Attaf.
During the call, the two ministers discussed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
The Minister briefed his Algerian counterpart on the latest developments in Sudan.
The Minister touched on the role of sisterly Algeria as a member of the Security Council, and advocated within the Council on the issues and concerns of the Arab and African groups.
He appreciated Algeria’s role in supporting the security, stability, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Sudan.
The two ministers also agreed to advance the relations of brotherhood and cooperation between the two brotherly countries and work to strengthen and develop them in various fields during the coming period to rise to the aspirations and benefit of the two countries.
