Customs forces exterminate large quantities of various drugs

Major General Salah Ahmed Ibrahim, Director General of Customs Forces, witnessed today the extermination of large quantities of various drugs in the Red Sea Recycling Co. , which were recently seized by the anti-smuggling forces in the state, in the presence of Maulana Ezz El-Din. In his speech, Major General Salah Ahmed Ibrahim explained that the extermination took place after the completion of all legal arrangements and procedures, in the presence of all relevant authorities, praising the great efforts and achievements made by the anti-smuggling personnel in all states, stressing that the customs forces are the first line of defense for The country’s economy and community protection.
For his part, Major General Yasser Siddiq Muhammad explained that the exterminated quantities amounted to 678 kilograms of ice anesthesia, 33 thousand captagon pills, 4 kilograms of heroin, and 2 kilograms of Afghan hashish, along with a mobile phone of anesthetic, stressing that the customs forces are waging a battle of dignity in several major economic axes against smugglers who seek to destroy young people by introducing drugs and sabotaging the economy.
Major General Muhammad Al-Mu’tasim Okasha, representative of the Minister of Interior, praised the efforts of the customs forces, stressing that they are the first line of defense for the country, praising the customs forces, officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers. For his part, Brigadier General Abbas Abdelkader Dinar, Director of the Anti-Smuggling Department in the Red Sea State, reiterated the development of the capabilities of the anti-smuggling forces, through the development of their mechanisms, continuous training and tight coordination with all security services in order to maintain the security and safety of citizens.
