Al-Burhan meets the Governor of Kassala State

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan met today with the acting Governor of Kassala State, Major General Retired Al-Sadig Mohamed Al-Azraq.

The Governor of Kassala State said in a press statement that he provided an update to the Head of the Sovereignty Council on the overall security, service and health conditions in Kassala State and the efforts made to provide the necessary needs of citizens and shelter the displaced due to the repercussions of the rebellion of the terrorist militia.

Al-Azraq said that the Headbof the Sovereignty Council showed great responsiveness and support for all issues facing the state and providing the necessary needs of citizens.

The governor renewed his government’s keenness to enhance security and stability in the state and find all solutions to the issues in the state to achieve the desired development and address the issue of sheltering the displaced.
