SMRC donates SDG200 billion, kidney dialysis machines and adopts an environmental sanitation campaign in River Nile States

In continuation of the efforts made by the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company (SMRC), to support the citizens in hardships and disasters, especially those affected by floods, a delegation from the leaders of the SMRC arrived in the River Nile State, headed by Mr. Hatem Al-Bishri, Director General of Conventional Mining at the company, representing the General Manager of the company, the Director of Social Responsibility at the company, the Director of Mineral Economics and a representative of the Mining Police.
They were received by the company’s director in the state, Mutaz Haj Nour and a number of the company’s leaders in the state.
They everyone headed to the Al-Abaidiya areas in Berber locality and stood on the scale of the disaster and the great losses that befell the citizens.
Mr. Hatem Al-Bishri, the general representative of the company, addressed the meetings that took place with the residents and conveyed to them the greetings of Mr. Muhammad Tahir, the General Manager of the SMRC, and prayed for the souls of the martyrs who were victims of these floods and wished a speedy recovery for the wounded and compensation for all those who were affected and lost their property. He offered the condolences of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company to them, praising the patience and forbearance of the people of Al-Abaidiya and their acceptance of what befell them with satisfaction, stressing that Al-Abaidiya represents the forefront in mining activity and receiving miners from all states of Sudan and everyone lives in security, safety and coexistence.
He announed their donation in the name of the company of SDG200 billion for the benefit of those who were affected.
He also announced their donation of a number of kidney dialysis machines to end the suffering of patients in the region. He also announced the company’s adoption of a comprehensive campaign to improve the environment to address the negative effects and combat disease vectors to prevent any epidemic.
For his part, Mr. Mutaz Haj Nour, the company’s director in the state, welcomed the federal delegation, praising the initiative of the company’s leadership and pointed out that the company has always been supportive to the citizens, especially in days of hardship and disasters.
For their part, the leaders and dignitaries of the administrative unit Al-Abaidiya and the people expressed their deep appreciation for the SMRV and described it as a proactive company that has always sided with the citizens and support them in times of hardship, disasters and calamities in all of Sudan, and its white hands are extended to everyone.
