Sudanese Ambassador in Austria receives postgraduate students

Ambassador Magdi Mufaddal, Sudanese Ambassador to Austria and non-resident Ambassador to Slovakia, held a dinner invitation in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, for students sent for postgraduate studies in the Slovak Republic, in the presence of the Honorary Consul General of Slovakia in Sudan, Dr. Nasreldin Shulgami

The Ambassador briefed the students on the situation in Sudan and listened to their issues besides what they expect from the services provided to them by the embassy.
He assured them of the embassy’s readiness in Vienna to provide all the required services to them.
He also stated that they are in contact with officials in Slovakia to expand opportunities for academic cooperation and increase the number of scholarships and scientific research opportunities allocated to Sudan.
The Ambassador welcomed the Slovak Consul to Sudan, Nasreldin Shulgami, praising his active role in developing relations between Sudan and Slovakia.

It is worth noting that Slovakia annually offers two postgraduate scholarships to Sudan, and currently there are 15 doctoral and master’s students, most of whom are from the state associations, attending in the fields of engineering, public health and geology and biotechnology
