Aqar meets Health Minister

The meeting discussed the outcomes and recommendations of the Dongola Conference on the health conditions, and the state donated one hundred thousand square meters to the pharmaceutical industries.
The meeting reviewed the role and efforts of the Ministry of Finance in providing the foreign exchange required for drug supplies and saving 17 billion Sudanese pounds to face the expected tropical and seasonal epidemics in the fall season.
For his part, Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim explained that the health situation in the country is witnessing stability, especially in the field of drug supplies, as well as the introduction of new specialties to ensure the provision of all medical services to citizens.
He added that the ministry delivered medicines and medical aids to the city of El Fasher and Sennar and the White and Blue Nile states, through aerial landing and air transport.
