Surprise Attack Leaves Deaths and Injuries 

Field sources reported that a group of Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia launched an attack on Sunday with twelve armored vehicles and several motorcycles on villages in Al-Musallamiya, northwest of Jabal Al-Dair in South Kordofan State. They burned several homes, killed some residents, and wounded others. They also looted two agricultural tractors, abducted their owners, and stole other property.

The sources indicated that the wounded were taken to Al-Rahad for treatment, but military reinforcements from the armed forces soon arrived, and a cautious calm returned to the area.
