Sudan’s Justice Minister Visits Seized Weapons Exhibition to Support International Legal Cases

Sudan’s Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Higher Committee for International Legal Actions against the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and their supporters, Dr. Abdullah Darf, visited an exhibition of weapons seized from the group during military operations, accompanied by the subcommittee responsible for collecting evidence.
The minister said the visit was part of the committee’s efforts to document weapons and other evidence in preparation for international legal proceedings. He stated that the committee has finalized legal strategies to pursue cases against the RSF and its supporters before international courts on charges including war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and violations related to supplying weapons, mercenaries, and military training.
Dr. Darf added that the seized weapons were recently manufactured and said the committee possesses documentary evidence, witness testimonies, and official reports that it believes support the planned legal actions. He affirmed that proceedings will continue through the International Criminal Court, the International Court of Justice, and courts in other jurisdictions where such cases can be pursued.
