Workshop on Risk Communication and Community Engagement Concludes in Khartoum State

SAPA, in collaboration with the Khartoum State Ministry of Health, concluded a workshop on Risk Communication and Community Engagement for Health Promotion Directors from the state’s localities.

The workshop brought together Health Promotion Directors and several partners, and was attended by the Acting Minister and Director General of the Khartoum State Ministry of Health, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Badri.

Dr. Abdulrahman Abdullah, Health and Nutrition Officer at SAPA, said the organization is implementing a health interventions project in Khartoum State aimed at supporting the health system.

He noted that the workshop represents an important step in strengthening the capacities of health workers in risk communication and community engagement, contributing to more effective health interventions and broader outreach to communities.
