TSC Reassures the Public About the Situation in the Country, Urges Citizens Not to Be Swayed by Rumors

The Transitional Sovereignty Council held its regular meeting on Wednesday, chaired by Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan. The Council reviewed the overall situation in the country, particularly the security and economic conditions.
At the outset of its proceedings, the Council directed that immediate solutions be found to provide essential services to citizens.
The meeting also discussed the ongoing arrangements for the Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue, aimed at developing a comprehensive national vision to address the current crisis in the country.
The Sovereignty Council addressed the violations and atrocities perpetrated by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in Darfur, Kordofan, and Blue Nile.
The Council reassured citizens of the Armed Forces’ and their supporting forces’ ability to establish security and stability throughout Sudan, urging them not to be swayed by malicious rumors intended to undermine their security and stability.
