Khartoum Governor Inspects Preparations at Khartoum Stadium for Elite Championship

Khartoum Governor Ahmed Osman Hamza inspected the ongoing renovations at Khartoum Stadium as part of preparations to host the National Elite Championship scheduled for May 15th.

The governor reviewed the infrastructure and technical preparations being carried out by the Sudanese Football Association, following the completion of maintenance and rehabilitation work on damaged facilities.

The state government confirmed that preparations are not limited to Khartoum Stadium alone, but also include several other stadiums in the capital, as part of a plan to host competitions and revitalize sports activity.

These efforts are part of a broader initiative to rehabilitate damaged sports facilities, in line with the goal of restoring public events and hosting national championships in the coming period.
