NVU and Atbara Police Hospital discuss strengthening institutional cooperation in the medical field

Vice-Chancellor of Nile Valley University, Professor Hassan Al-Sayem, received a delegation from the Atbara Police Hospital at his office this morning. The delegation was headed by Major General Dr. Amir Siddiq Al-Hussein, Director of the Atbara Police Hospital, and included several hospital department heads. Also present were Dr. Hassan Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, and Ms. Anfal Abbas Nawawi, Manager of the Director’s Office. The meeting explored avenues for cooperation with the university, specifically the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Atbara. This meeting between the administration of Nile Valley University and representatives of the Atbara Police Hospital reflects an important trend towards strengthening institutional cooperation in the medical field.
Professor Al-Sayem welcomed the delegation and commended the hospital’s significant role in serving citizens and treating the wounded, especially during the exceptional circumstances the country is experiencing. He also expressed his pleasure at the prospect of collaborating with the hospital in areas such as training, workshops, and joint research.
For his part, Major General Dr. Amir Siddiq Al-Hussein, Director of the Atbara Police Hospital, praised the university’s role in graduating national professionals and its direct impact on community development, emphasizing the importance of the partnership between the two institutions in developing medical and educational services.
