Minnawi: We took up arms to defend our people, and we will not lay arms down until complete victory is achieved

On his Facebook page, Commander Minni Arko Minnawi, Governor of Darfur and Chairman of the Sudan Liberation Army Movement, wrote the following: “We took up arms to defend our people and protect our land, and we will not lay them down until complete victory is achieved, no matter how long it takes or how great the sacrifices. Our battle is an existential one, and we will continue steadfastly until every displaced person and refugee returns to their home safe, secure, and with their head held high. Morale is at its highest, and victory is on the horizon. We congratulate our heroes on the North and South Kordofan fronts on these great victories that bring us closer to winning the battle and restoring our homeland.”
