Director General of the NHIF instructs to continue evaluating and following up on the provision of the additional package.

The Director General of the National Health Insurance Fund, Dr. Farouk Noor Al-Daem, directed the continuous evaluation and follow-up of the provision of services in the additional package to the subscribers in order to ensure the improvement of service quality and performance.

During a meeting held at the office of the additional medical package in Khartoum, he praised the great success achieved by the package for the subscribers in the state of Khartoum, which directly contributed to making the voluntary return to the state attractive for state workers. He directed that more efforts be exerted to develop health services and make them available to expand the scope of their benefit.

Dr. Noor Al-Daem stressed the importance of expanding the network of service providers in Khartoum State in accordance with the approved standards in order to
contribute to enhancing the access of subscribers to medical services.

He also directed to follow up on the trial period of the smartphone application in preparation for its official launch, which contributes to facilitating procedures and improving the experience of subscribers in obtaining administrative and medical services.
