21 Returnee Flights Depart Today from Several Egyptian Governorates for Sudan

The “Hope Committee for the Voluntary Return” of Sudanese refugees from Egypt announced that it will operate 21 flights today (Tuesday) as part of the voluntary return program to Sudan. Ten of these trips

will depart from downtown Cairo (Al-Azizia Square), five from Al-Azizia Square in Faisal, three from Aswan Governorate, two from Al-Agami, and one from Alexandria, carrying a total of 1,029 returnees.

Press sources reported that the Hope Committee’s operations rooms and volunteers in the governorates of Cairo, Aswan, Alexandria, and the Al-Agami area have completed their preparations for the large-scale return flights, under the supervision of the committee’s chairman, Engineer Mohamed Wadaa, executive secretary Montaser Othman Omar, and rapporteur Hassan Khaled.
